During this time, we’ll help you feel welcome, provide a quick gym tour, then sit down and talk about next steps. If you choose, we will have you do a short workout so we can set some benchmarks and assess where you are.
Optimal Small Group Personal Training
Pricing: $359/month
Our most popular program consists of 3 small group personal training sessions each week. This training program is customized for every client and is small enough for the coach to accommodate your particular strengths and abilities, check your technique, and give you the one-on-one attention you deserve. You will work on all aspects including strength, balance, cardiovascular, mobility and flexibility. Our small group personal training sessions are limited to a maximum of six people.
Basic+ Small Group Personal Training
Pricing: $279/month
This training program consists of 2 small group personal training sessions each week and is customized for every client, so even 2 sessions per week will be tailored to your goals. Even at just twice a week you will see and feel the benefits in your strength, balance, energy and mobility. Our small group personal training sessions are limited to a maximum of six people and give you the one-on-one attention you deserve.
Hybrid Basic Program
Pricing: $489/month
This hybrid training program includes semi-private pilates once a week and small group personal training sessions twice a week. You will work on improving your strength, balance, mobility, flexibility and cardiovascular health in this blended training program. Our pilates sessions are even smaller with only 3 people in each session.
Hybrid Basic+ Program
Pricing: $529/month
This hybrid training program includes a blend of semi-private pilates twice a week and small group personal training sessions once a week. You will see an increase in your strength, posture, reduce joint pain, and improve your funcational capabilities. Feel the amazing benefits of length and core strength by doing pilates twice weekly.
