Our most popular program. This training program is customized for every client and is small enough for the coach to accommodate your particular strengths and abilities, check your technique, and give you the one-on-one attention you deserve. Our small group personal training sessions are limited to a maximum of six people.   This program includes 13 training sessions each month, quarterly movement assessments, and an accountability coach to keep you on track to reach your goals.
