This hybrid training program includes semi-private pilates and small group personal training sessions. Each training session is small enough for the coach to accommodate your particular strengths and abilities, check your technique, and give you the one-on-one attention you deserve. This program includes 5 semi-private pilates sessions and 13 training sessions each month, quarterly movement assessments, and an accountability coach to keep you on track to reach your goals.
